Rules And Regulations
  1. Registration & Callsign
    All pilots must register on our website and fly under the official callsign prefix AXW.
  2. Standard Phraseology
    Use correct radiotelephony and always comply with ATC instructions.
  3. Flight Planning & Filing
    Plan your route using our approved charts and file your flight plan via the Atlas ACARS system before departure.
  4. PIREPs
    Submit your PIREP within 24 hours of landing. Late or incomplete reports risk being rejected.
  5. Account Integrity
    Accounts are strictly personal. Sharing accounts or falsifying flight hours will result in immediate suspension.
  6. Community Conduct
    Treat all members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech will not be tolerated.
  7. Prohibited Simulations
    Any attempt to simulate hijacking, terrorist acts or related malicious behavior is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of membership.
  8. Network Compliance
    Pilots must also adhere to the rules and guidelines of the network they're flying on (e.g., IVAO, VATSIM) at all times.
  9. Events & Tours
    Special events or tours may carry additional rules – always check each event’s briefing.
  10. Violations & Sanctions
    Breaches of these rules may incur warnings, suspension, or permanent ban at staff discretion.
  11. Appeals Process
    If you feel a sanction is unjust, submit an appeal via our support ticket system within 7 days.
